To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as vape liquids are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this with your return package.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
**4. Exchanges**
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
**5. Non-Refundable Items**
